40plus Women’s Yoga and Mindfulness Class
Yoga is a tool for physical and spiritual health. Women over 40 can start to experience hormonal changes that impact their mind and body. Womb Yoga is a radical and nurturing way of replenishing energy reserves; counteract fatigue and stiffness. As well as many other symptoms associated with hormonal changes present with the transition towards menopause and beyond.
Mindfulness and the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra allow us to cultivate stilling awareness and provide profound rest and an opportunity to tune into our intuition. Honour the wise woman within you and connect with your changing flow.
This is a fun and relaxing class in a stunning studio with views over the reservoir. No experience necessary, suitable for all levels of abilities. The classes will help you to rest and experience relief with the help of Yoga’s balancing, bone strengthening, and centring.
